This little building that has served as operating base for the French Tulip (florist) was just sold to a web / application design firm that plans to use it for their offices.

Clevyr, Inc. currently offices at 600 NW 23rd (home to Pizza 23, etc.).

Sales price was $850K for the 7,080 SF building and .3214 acres of land.

The new owner tells me they will like just do a bit of paint and freshening of the inside, as the building is a very good shape. French Tulip has already moved out.

Dirt work starting on NE corner of classen and 9th St, what is it going to be?

Parking lot for the office building to the south, which is also being renovated.

A software development company, CLEVYR, bought that building and the land for the parking lot. They have been operating out of there but have moved out temporarily to rework it for their business.

Hate to see a parking lot on a prominent(ish) corner but I suppose it is an improvement over a vacant lot.

Renovation continues and they are almost finished with the parking lot to the north:
