As most housing is for rent in the central midtown area, if all of these proposed condos are built and popular in the midtown area- what do you think the affect will be on the houses and small number of condos that are less expensive than the news ones that are to be built? Will this increase the cost of these tremendously given their location and the new development of the restaurant and attractions scene?

I've said for a long time that I though Midtown represented OKC's best chance for urban greatness. So much potential along with some great building stock and the development to date has all been first class. And Saint Anthony and the surround medical and legal businesses are an economic powerhouse.

Things are only going to accelerate when the streetcar gets rolling through there.

There is very little in terms of for-sale housing in Midtown and what there is (particularly in SoSA) is the most expensive in all of OKC.

I think the surrounding properties will own gain value as more infill happens. I would love to buy in that area but there is nothing that is even remotely affordable at this time.

What are the the exact boundaries of Midtown?

Roughly, NW 13th, NW 4th, Robinson and Classen.
