I had a fun conversation with Tony Leddy of TLConstruction about this new development on Broadway and Ayers. Evidently there is an urban development professor at UCO who is having what is called a Boston Brownstone built on the fringe of downtown Edmond. Tony was kind enough to allow me take a picture of the rendering.
