At the new Walmart Murphy Gas Station on the corner of 4th and Sante Fe, they put the ice machines on the West side. In full exposure to the Sun from the South and West in the afternoon ... stopped in this weekend and the ice was already melting ... and it's nowhere near Summer yet

I highly doubt the architects placed it.

It was probably a standard that wasn't moved for one reason or another.
