Anyone know what is going in behind the Natural Grocers at NW 164th & Western? I looks to have a outdoor area on the North and possibly 2 spaces in it rather than one business. I am guessing from the looks a fast food joint with some outdoor eating.

If you are talking about the property directly to the west of Natural Grocers, it will be a Tide Dry Cleaners with some lease space to the north.

Great! Maybe they can add an insurance agency, a donut shop or a small liquor store next door cause we don't have enough of any of those in the area!

Interesting how when you're going eastbound on 164th, the overhang on the front of the new building completely blocks the "Grocers" part of Natural Grocers' sign.

You forgot to add a nail salon and a personal training facility. :rolleyes:

I've been majorly disappointed with the development out here. This was a major disappointment when I found it was going to be a cleaners and then the NW 164th & Penn turns out to be an Auto Zone? Give me a break!
