I notice there's a new Four Points by Sheraton in the works with a Jan. 2018 opening at 4712 West I-40 Service Road.

I Google the address and I find this page....Raddison coming soon???

Anyone know what's really going in here?

It is the site of the recently demolished Route 66 Inn.

Purchased a few years ago by a local hotel group.

Can't find any building permits but I'll keep my eye out, as it would have to be coming soon.

This would be the third hotel demolished near I-40 & Meridian in the last few years. First there was the hotel to make room for this (which I don't know is still happening: 9-Story Hilton for I-40 & Meridian - OKCTalk (http://www.okctalk.com/showwiki.php?title=9-Story+Hilton+for+I-40+Meridian). The Route 66 Inn is immediately west
