View Full Version : Edmond Icehouse
Talked to the developers yesterday and they have leased almost the entire project.
They are in the process of finalizing a lease to a restaurant for Icehouse itself (the brick building).
The red building with the attached fenced courtyard will be an event space to be operated by Venue 102; their existing site is just to the north.
In the metal u-shaped building, The Fried Taco and a pizza place are going into the east building (on your right as you enter the courtyard). A creamery, bakery and coffee place is taking the center building. And a brewery will take the west building.

BoulderSooner 08-24-2021, 07:45 AM good stuff thanks pete
I wish we have food halls that can offer something other than pizza, taco, or burger, they’re everywhere already.

The Collective has Hawaiian, a poke place, cheesesteaks, waffles and African.
The Parlor has Italian, sushi and hot chicken.
Edmond Railyard has wings, Korean and ice cream.
All three have very extensive bars.

Ouch...bad take, my man. Having those at all of them is fine, to get the general public to try those locations. But they all have plenty of non-generic foods.
rte66man 08-24-2021, 04:44 PM Disappointed to see no direct connection to the sidewalk on the north side of Edmond Road going under the railroad. It seems a train is blocking 1st St every day or so.

The sidewalk in front of this project goes under the 2nd street bridge and continues eastward from there.
Any information on who is doing the Creamery, Coffee, and Bakery?
This project looks finished and they are now working on tenant finishes in the u-shaped building.

On social media, they announced a Detroit-style pizza place will be going into the u-shaped building.

American Solera just announced a taproom at the Edmond Ice House, pretty huge get- I've made several trips to Tulsa just to visit Solera.
mgharfeh 03-09-2022, 04:32 PM The sign by the icehouse that was going to be an upscale restaurant says Route 66 urban farms. Is that the restaurant??

They will be growing food on-site for the restaurants and for an outpost of Urban Agrarian.
I believe they are close to finalizing a lease on the restaurant space.

Is this related to the greenhouses they were going to put in?

Yes.
Went by this weekend and Fried Taco (2nd photo) and Woodward Pizza (3rd photo) are just about ready to open.
The creamery/bakery/coffee place will take the middle section (4th photo).
American Solera will take the western space (5th photo).
The last image is the interior of the stand-alone red building that is used for events.
I was told they are close to finalizing a lease on the historic building on the east end of the development (not pictured).

Timtoomany 03-15-2022, 12:41 PM Looks great! I'm so excited for this development. When the R&J deal fell through I was convinced we'd seen the last of it.
The Fried Taco is now open.
Woodward PIzza is now open.

Cowboy99 07-06-2022, 07:28 AM Been told that the bakery is delayed until probably december due to issues getting the needed equipment.
rayvaflav 10-25-2022, 10:23 AM My understanding is that the original tenant for the brewery on the west side was to be Oklahomie Brewing but is now going to be occupied by American Solera out of Tulsa. Does that sound correct ?

American Solera is ready to open almost any day.
Not sure is someone else had originally planned to take that space.
2nd & 3rd photos are American Solera; opening in another week or two:
