Edmond city limits don't start on 164th until around Santa Fe, I believe. A good rule of thumb: If the street name is in the 100's or 200's, it's not in Edmond. (i.e. 164th) AP 02-02-2016, 09:22 AM Oh yeah, I just looked it up on the cities data site.
