Yesterday while driving through the area, I noticed the large building that stood on the northeast corner of NW 63rd and Independence has been razed and the lot has been totally cleared and leveled off. There are no signs or anything else that I saw while driving by. Anybody know what's going on there?

The property hasn't changed hands.

Looks like they are just rebuilding to new, 2-story office space.

The building that was completely hidden by trees? It wasn't that old I don't think.

This will be a 2-story, $2 million new home for Accident and Treatment Center which is currently on NW Expressway.

In the old Borders location, right. Well, that will leave a gaping commercial real estate hole there again on NW Expwy.
