Sorry for the 2 random questions but I figured this is better than starting 2 separate threads. :D

First - Does anyone know if any grocery stores regularly stock pork knuckle? I want to make the German dish "Schweinshaxe" for the new years.

Second - I know we have lots of good Chinese restaurants, but are there any Taiwanese specific ones? The difference in cuisine is very subtle but I'm looking to try some specific dishes.

Thanks. ;)

Super Cao Nuygen and Cusacks will have the pork knuckle.

The Buy for Less on 36th and MacArthur used to carry them. I've not been in there in a while. If you get down in the area, you might try them. I found that they carry different cuts of meat that you don't find elsewhere for different ethnic dishes.

Maybe the other Buy for less would also carry them. You could give them a call and find out first.

Thought I saw pork knuckle at the Crest on 15th/Santa Fe in Edmond, might be at other Crests too.
