There's a lot of dirt work going on just north of the 7-11 at Reno & Czech Hall. Any idea what it's for?

the massive Market at Czech Hall project (or whatever it's named) just bid but I don't believe has been awarded

The new On Cue is a mile north at 10th street, and it's going up very quickly!

There is so much land clearing going on there is always dust in the air. It's been jacking with my asthma and I have a sinus infection right now.

How is the Plaza opening (Whenever it is opening) going to impact property values?

It's an expansion of the existing 7-Eleven at that intersection. Brown's trying to go head-to-head with the new OnCue slated to open in March.

Interesting and not surprising. Although for me OnCue is leaps and bounds better than any metro area 7-11's.

The new 7-11 on NW Expressway and MacArthur is the best one of these I've even been in.
