The owners name is James Waters and is in the oil business , but cars and bikes are his passions. A lot of the cars belong to him and are for sale.

I think there is a place like this in Wichita that is a place where you basically rent out a town home type slot that has a garage, bathroom, kitchen and is basically a place where a person can go on a weekend spend time with their car and others who do the same.
