Does anyone know anything about it? Have I just missed some threads on it?

I thought I posted something on this a long time ago...

But those renderings have been around for years and in my monitoring of land sales in that area, there has been no real movement towards assembling property. There are still a bunch of different land owners and I don't think they are collaborating on this.

Definitely possible that you posted and I missed it.
