According to one of the food distributor guys, a 7-11 is going in across the street from the Shell station at SW 59th & Mustang Rd.

Agreed. Probably be a first for that side of town, all the others around here are still the old design.

Good location considering all the new housing on the north side of Mustang. That said, this is only 2.9 miles down the street from the new one at SW15th & Mustang Rd.

That's not unusual to have 7-11 stores that close together. There are 4 within 2 miles of where I'm living in OKC.

They finally have one going in on the Eastside. 36th and Santa Fe

Have any other plans been announced for that corner? Trees have started being cleared but they've cleared way more land than for a 7-11!

The Storm Water Permit says Ledgestone Commercial. No idea if that tells anyone anything.

Anyone know or heard what is going in with this land. It was cleared as noted but has been sitting since. The grass and weeds have grown over and doesn't even look cleared anymore.
