A new urbanist style development being built near 2nd St. and Kelly

I honestly didn't even know about this until someone posted it one the development map on Google. Really cool. Hope this one happens.

I think this is a cool idea, and a good location choice. Not sure if folks in Edmond are looking for this type of development so no idea how successful it will be, but should be interesting to see.

Looks great! I doubt it will ever be built and if it does, it will be totally reduced in urbanity as every project ever.

I'd love to see someone buy up a block or two of homes NE of UCO in the crappy neighborhood, tear them down, and build something like this. With an elementary, a middle school, and a college all within walking distance, it would be a good development and help fix up a blighted area of Edmond.

I agree. There is nothing special about those homes anyways as they weren't built very good to begin with.

This doesn't seem like a good location for this type of development. Should be in the downtown area. Preferably in between downtown and UCO. There's so much potential there.
