The article doesn't mention if there is any new positions or additional office space will be need for their new divisional headquarters for Commerce Banks. Nonetheless, it can only serve as a positive opportunity for OKC.

^That's interesting. Loan demand in the energy sector has dropped pretty significantly in terms of the service companies who were so busy and needing operating capital for a while but now don't have the same level of business, hence significantly less AR to finance. Equipment for most part is already financed and not buying much, so that aspect also slowed down. I am speaking more to the small and mid-size company financing. Also regulators are REALLY focused on any credits which relate to o/g and are almost a certain review in exams if at all sizeable.
