I personally do care about the branding because I regularly wear team branded clothing and gear and I don't want it to look like a third grader designed it.

I really liked Sacramento's and San Antonio's.

I have plenty of thunder gear, but I have NEVER bought anything. The current logo is hideous and always has been. I fully trust Nike to put their touch on it & give us something that actually looks good.

You can just see Nike at the negotiating table: "OK guys. Well, your branding is certainly *interesting*. We may have some ideas for you."

And behind the scenes: "Wow, what the H were they thinking??? We need to take this completely out of their hands before we put our name on anything."

I mean it's terrible, but let's not act like it's the worst there has ever been. I grew up in Houston when they had two of the worst brandings of all time (80's and late 90's)
