The first phase of the apartments are now leasing. I know there are at least two restaurants planned for the ground floor, I think they will be announcing the other retail tenants soon

What an incredible difference for that block. I’d love to see something similar for the surface lot east of the Bricktown ballpark.

A version of this is what needs to go between Harvey and Hudson, 10th and 12th in midtown. Just a great development all around.
