How long has Carino's been closed on Memorial Road? It is dark every time I go by at night. The parking lot was always dark, but it looks to me like they are closed.

They have rebuilt the roof and the front of the building so they should be close to opening back up.

I've never forgiven Carino's for taking veal parmagiana off their menu. It was the first time I'd been to a Carino's, and it was extremely good. Then they opened the one on my side of town, it was off the menu, and they've been on my list ever since.

LOL that's about it. And in all honesty I've been back to Carinos a few times because my wife likes it :)

I'm a huge fan of Maggiano's, which I admit is a chain, but it is SOOO good. Don't have any up here :( But I do enjoy Gabriellas for a treat!

I really like Vito's. It comes off light, which is weird for italian. Else there's Carino's and Bravos.

Vito's is very good as is Gabriella's, and Papa Dio's and Cafe Pranzo are both really good as well. I've been to Carino's once and it was ok, but for some reason I've never been to Bravo's.

Cafe Pranzo could be the dirtiest restaurant i have been in. Aside, from braums of course, nobody can beat them on filth.
