As I was getting my oil changed for my car today, one of the workers at Christian Brothers Automotive mentioned that apartments are going to be built between them and the Walmart Neighborhood Market on 36th ST NW, along W Rock Creek Rd. Upon reviewing the parcel (R0166144) on the cleveland co assessor site it says Legacy Business Park Developement, LLC (I guess that may be the owner?) Anybody know/heard anything about this or what it might be?
