Anyone happen to know what is being built just south of Arby's at 89th and S. Western? I looked through the forum and couldn't find anything on it. Drove by a few days ago and saw lots of dirt work. Thank you in advance and sorry if it's mentioned somewhere else on the forums.

Went by today and it is complete. Has a now hiring sign out front. Didn't look open yet but could be wrong as it is complete. Nice looking building for a donut shop.

Geez, I thought for sure it was already open....

I grabbed some photos of this building last Wednesday and forgot to post them. Apologies for the quality of the pictures; my phone does not do well in low-light conditions.

This location should be open very soon; they've already got furniture inside and everything.

We drove by there mid/late last week and actually talked with whom I think is either a to-be manager or owner, and he said then he hoped they'd be open in a week to a week-and-a-half, so that (hopefully) points to this weekend (roughly). I joked that we'd been driving by and could almost smell the coffee, and he smiled back and said "Hey we've got that system hooked up!"

Could be any day now.
