Been meaning to post this for the last month or so. The old brick building on the SW corner of NW 4th and Hudson recently had it's faux metal awnings removed and a for lease sign put out. I believe it used to be either a florist or some sort of florist wholesaler shop. Looks a thousand times better. Very similar to the building Nic's putting their new diner in over in MidTown, only bigger. I took pics on my phone about a month ago when work was going on, I'll have to dig them up and post soon.

It was originally a car dealership.

I believe one of the reasons the former occupant moved out was due to some flooding issues.
It was built in 1936 as a car dealership.
Not sure about the original tenants but in the 50's it was Coker Pontiac.
More recently, it was Alternative Choice Floral.
It's had the same owners since 1987.

Pretty sure that the floral business was a wholesale-to-trade place.
