It was great fun and Slaughter Hall is a great place. Amazed at how much Turnpup remembers and got to meet several new people. BChris is actually a nice guy and fun to chat with. Missed Urbanized but did get to meet Urban Pioneer among others. One of these days KevinPate and I will actually meet. Tried a few times but haven't connected. Hate seeing Catch22 and his lovely girlfriend moving to Portland as it is OKC's loss. Lots of great people there. Thanks Pete for setting up.

Tried to make it, but couldn't. Hopefully I'll be at the next one.

Wish I could have been there. Sad I missed seeing some of you guys that I've met before and sad I couldn't meet more of you. Sounds like it was a great time as always.

It was a blast like usual.

It was a pleasure meeting everyone who came, and glad to finally meet two of OKC's finest businessmen: Jeepnokc and Urbanized.

Very proud of this message board: generally well behaved online (we all have our moments though), and extremely well behaved and friendly in person. That's a very unusual thing for a web forum, and sets a very high standard going forward.

Until next time!

Pete, come back in town soon so I can make it to one of these. Jealous of all y'all that got to go. Will definitely try to make it next time!

Good job, Pete, for setting this up. Never been to Slaughters before it's a cool place and I got to meet some posters, all good folks.

I had actually thought about crashing the event but my Wife's Doctor visit that day took an unexpected turn and now she is having surgery next Wednesday. I needed to stay home and help her wrap her head around what's coming up. I will pop up some day though.

I am so sorry I bummed out this thread. I should have just said something came up and I was busy. I vented a bit because I am scared. Someday I will get to meet some you folks.

Sorry to hear that and hope everything works out OK. Best wishes to you both.

Yeah, Mel, don't apologize for being concerned about your wife. Hope she's going to be all right, and look forward to meeting you at the next one!

I wish I could've stayed longer, but I'm glad I got to meet a few people I hadn't before. We need to have a going away party for Catch 22, who will definitely be missed. I hope he's planning on visiting as often as Pete.

I work for an airline! All my friends and family are in OKC, I'll be visiting as often as practical!

I am considering a going away party with friends, so I will keep those of you on OKC Talk informed of that!
