bchris02 12-06-2015, 02:24 PM There has been a housing project in the works for those bungalows and lots north of the Pump for years.
Not sure of the hold up but that project in particular would go a very long way towards filling in that immediate area and help to bridge the Paseo / Uptown gap.
That lot was for sale not too long ago. Is that still the case or has it sold? It's a prime lot and hopefully eventually a development will end up on it that bridges and creates synergy between the Paseo and Uptown areas.
I agree there is lots of room for infill in this area and there are also plenty of good bones already there to work with.
Teo9969 12-06-2015, 03:31 PM I really really really hope these developers get cranking in the core. I think they will be rewarded with an incredible response from the community.
ljbab728 12-06-2015, 10:00 PM I must not be seeing something correctly. The site plan seems to only show 6 units instead of 8. Are some of the 3 story segments divided into more than one unit?

I was wondering the same thing also.
Teo9969 12-06-2015, 11:48 PM I'd guess 6 just doing some quick math based on floor plate size and the 2450 number for unit size.
Brett 12-07-2015, 04:51 AM I'm not a big fan of the laundry being on the third floor. If something has the potential of flooding I would rather have it located on the ground floor. Also, the bedroom on the ground floor with a window right next to a public sidewalk is kinda creepy. I would feel like an Amsterdam sex worker.
Mr. Cotter 12-07-2015, 08:49 AM Laundry on an upper floor should be placed in a contained area with a floor drain (basically a shower pan). Also, if you don't have an electronic controlled washing machine shut off valve that takes the pressure off the braided or rubber supply lines (like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00093DU5A/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ps_1?pf_rd_p=1944687662&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00PM9A3TC&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1JJ9K7YSHVPXJCZWVEQJ) you're just waiting for those little hoses to burst.
shawnw 12-07-2015, 09:16 AM The Level has bedrooms right up against the sidewalk I believe. Seems to work okay, no?
baralheia 04-27-2016, 10:15 AM Has there been any movement on this project yet - aside from land clearing, of course?
Yes, they just submitted slightly tweaked plans to the UDC, which have been approved.

What did the approved plans tweak?
blangtang 07-05-2016, 01:59 PM Haven't noticed any dirt moved yet
cinnamonjock 02-15-2017, 12:25 PM Any update on this?
Just traded emails with the developer.
Said they want to sing Letters of Interest for the office / retail space before they get started.
Once they get the LOI's, they would build the whole project at once, including the condos.
cinnamonjock 02-16-2017, 02:59 AM That's great. Thanks Pete.
Chitty 03-21-2017, 03:10 PM Property is listed for sale on Loop Net > http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/20026436/1101-NW-23rd-St-Oklahoma-City-OK/

I believe they incorrectly posted that for sale rather than lease. From that listing:
"New condominiums, retail and office spaces under construction. Act now while rental rates are negotiable! This is a place where people are enjoying a "livework*play" environment. This mixed use development is located in the Uptown District, heart of a redevelopment. The Uptown District is attracting the newest, trendy businesses and living lifestyles."
Chitty 03-21-2017, 03:32 PM Not surprising as the address is also incorrectly listed on LoopNet. It's 1001, not 1101.
Plutonic Panda 05-30-2017, 09:03 PM Is this still moving forward?
Plutonic Panda 11-03-2017, 01:09 AM Is this not happening?
Is this not happening?
I don't think so.
Saw the property is currently for sale.
Plutonic Panda 11-03-2017, 11:01 PM It wasn’t really anything special anyways. Thanks for sharing.
