On the drive to OKC from El Reno I have seen a sign indicating a Hideaway Pizza will be coming to Yukon. Does anyone have any detail?

The sign is just east of Banner Road, going eastbound, on the northside of I-40 but facing west. It doesn't actually say "Hideaway" but instead has the logo of the white thing with the wild hair and says "Coming to Yukon" or similar.

There is another thread on this, although it doesn't seem like anyone knows the exact location:
