I don't believe they've started the interior renovations.

They have added a small deck to the west side as well as a glass overhead door on the NW corner facing Oklahoma (lower left of photo).

This is the same building with Pretty Please Social Room.

They've done a really nice job here.

Does anyone know why the curbs are yellow on this particular stretch in Bricktown?

Just guessing its a caution area since the pedestrian crossing is right there.

When I used to live in Atlanta they where used as a caution marker. You could stop in the middle of the street to drop someone off or pick them up, but it had to be fast. There was no parking so I guess that was the solution. It works because everyone pretty much knew what to do.

Tipsy Tiki was blasting out music when I walked by last night.

I like the energy but it must be a bit annoying for Bourbon Street right across the canal.

I ate at Bourbon Street on the Canal and liked the music... it wasn’t too loud. But the only problem was when two places were blasting live music at the same time. Eventually, it drifted into the background.

Side note, I’d argue that Tipsy Tiki and Bourbon Street have the two best patios in OKC. I went with a bunch of OKC friends there on Saturday and most everyone thought it would be empty and dead, which I didn’t understand. I think everyone really enjoyed it.

Yes, I've said many times that those two spots are awesome and a great place to hang out and especially to take someone from out of town.
