Looks like they have cleared a couple of delapidated homes and have a nice parcel of land to work with. Anyone know if this is going to be a neighborhood type development? Or maybe just a couple of larger homes. Being at such an important artery for visitors who go to campus, I'm glad to see something is going up here.
