Pete, any background info on an OKC location?

If they do come to OKC I think Chisholm Creek would be a perfect fit. The Charlotte locations are in that kind of shopping center.

Good stuff, never heard of these guys so I Googled them. Really excited about this and what they offer, this will add some much needed grocery (and obviously other types) diversity in Tulsa.

Hopefully OKC gets this store as well.

Wichita has a store so I have no doubt both Tulsa and OKC could support one. I don't think the one in Wichita can sell alcohol either.

I'll check into their plans for OKC.

They've been looking in OKC too but not sure they've settled on a location.

I, for one, will very much welcome our new Cost Plus overlords. I would also like to remind them that there ARE, indeed, other areas of OKC than Edmond and along Memorial. Areas that would very much welcome them. I believe Half Price Books is quite happy with their choice in location along 240 and I've never once been in there and not seen it busy.
