There's a new building that sits between the Underground Coffee Shop and Rib Crib. Anyone know what's it's going to be ?

Been wondering that myself. I'm guessing a eatery....I don't think it's part of the development back behind on the old driving range.

I believe its an urgent care medical facility.

Isn't everything now??

Well the assessor isn't much help because it's part of the whole plot with the "professional development" area behind it. They just plopped something in at this spot. I can only think of a single urgent care center in MWC so far though. Maybe two if you count the center on Douglas near KFC. The other being nearish 15th/post. With MRMC being the toilet it is, I'd rather go to a UC than the hospital any day.

Drove by the other day, it's definitely an urgent care facility and it looks to be almost done. Weird spot for an urgent care place though.

John,
Good to hear, right in my future neighborhood. I will be near Reno and Douglas. We old folks can always use health care facilities! And actually, any neighborhood should welcome a facility like this.

Bombermwc,
I've been trying to understand your comment, but I must be a little/lot dense because I have no idea what you meant. Would you humor an old guy and let me know.
Thanks,
C. T.

An example would be on Douglas Blvd, just south of 15th on the east side of the road, immediately south of Barnes and Frederick. There is a strip of commercial structures that are designed to look like houses rather than commercial space. They're spec built and therefore serve a single purpose and are not easily repurposed.

Bombermwc,
Thank you sir! I will keep my eyes open the next time I'm on Douglas. I wish I had seen this earlier, I was over there today.
