I'm looking for a gym that has:
pool
hot tub
sauna
tanning

Is there anything like that around NW OKC?

I can't find one that has all of this. (I know it's a lot to ask, but.... why not?) The pool, hot tub, and sauna are the most important to me.
Tanning would be a plus. I'm really looking for a "gym" just for these things... especially a pool and sauna. Bad muscles, so I really would like a hot tub, sauna, and pool.

Gold's Gym Quail Springs has a pool and sauna. Does anyone know if it offers a hot tub or tanning?

Any recommendations?

Golds Gym in Edmond has all of that. Bryant and Danforth

I used to belong to Gold's Gym in Edmond, I switched to Mercy Fitness. Mercy doesn't have tanning (not good for you) but they have a great lap pool. They also have message (extra cost) hot tub, sauna and steam room. The locker rooms are real nice compared to other gyms. The cost is a bit more but not that bad $64 a month for an individual member. The café in the building has Starbucks coffee. Soon the trail system will connect to the center. Everything is nice, clean and new. One other point, looking out the windows, you view a wooded area not a crowded parking lot.

Gold's on Memorial has a saltwater pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. Some of the Express locations have massage chairs and tanning beds. Also, all the metro Express locations are converting to corporate gyms. So memberships will be all inclusive of all locations.

My membership dues are $20.68 every two weeks. Not that bad for unlimited use of all the locations in their network. (Even other states).

Comes in handy when I travel, if I need a place to change clothes and shower I can usually find a gym. Scan my little card and go in and shower and change, or do a quick workout if need be.
