Yesterday I purchased beer in a store that will remain unnamed and attached to the carton was a coupon for an "instant savings" coupon. Two dollars off on a certain brand of frozen pizza. I have been purchasing beer for a long time and I have never had a coupon for anything on the carton. I was in a different city (not OKC or Edmond), is it a city law, or is the store making a mistake? I don't expect a lot of activity on this thread, but since it is "Open Topic", I was curious and thought I would ask.
