So I noticed a new building going in just east of the Fast Lanes at NW 142nd and Penn a few weeks ago and thought it looked like a car care place with several bays, but just yesterday those openings were being bricked in with just window holes left and it looks like a patio is being built on the east side of the building (It faces 142nd). Does anyone know what is being built there? It seems someone is clearing the land behind the Dick's and all that as well. Any ideas about that area too?
