View Full Version : Lots of construction on Penn by Target/Dick" GoOKC1991 10-03-2014, 01:18 PM There is whole lot of dirt across from Target, in front of the Quail Lakes apartments and there is another structure that appears to be close to completion on the outside behind the car wash.
