New building being in Downtown Tulsa
Work is joining the three Rs — retail, restaurants and residences — in the area straddling the Greenwood and Blue Dome districts of downtown Tulsa.
Hogan Assessments, a Tulsa company that provides personality assessments and other consulting work for multinational corporations, has broken ground on a $15 million, 35,000-square-foot building at the northeast corner of First Street and Greenwood Avenue.
When the building is finished in August 2015, it will serve as the company’s new headquarters. Hogan Assessments is currently located at 2622 E. 21st St.
Aaron Tracy, COO of Hogan Assessments, said the need for a new headquarters started as one of space.
“In the last five years, we’ve nearly tripled in size,” he said. “The bulk of that has been in the international front – we’re now in 50 countries.”
