The chunk of land that is undeveloped on the west side of I-35 and 33rd on the south side has an auction sign up. Its going to be interesting to see what becomes of it. Maybe a big box store. Anyone know anything more about this? I asked a city council member a while back why it has not developed. They said it had to do with some drainage issues they thought.
