Is there a way to get my private messages/mailbox to start working again?
View Full Version : Private messages PennyQuilts 08-23-2014, 09:17 AM Is there a way to get my private messages/mailbox to start working again? Pete 08-23-2014, 09:24 AM Log out and the log back in and let us know if that doesn't fix the problem. PennyQuilts 08-23-2014, 09:52 AM I tried that but, unfortunately, it still locks me out of sending (and receiving?) private messages. Pete 08-23-2014, 09:56 AM Try it now. PennyQuilts 08-23-2014, 10:10 AM Got it - thanks so much. Sent you a message. Urbanized 08-23-2014, 10:19 AM Hey, could you guys please handle this stuff via PM? Thanks in advance. PennyQuilts 08-23-2014, 10:34 AM Hey, could you guys please handle this stuff via PM? Thanks in advance. Unfortunately, PM wasn't working - that was the point of the posts and no other way to contact Pete/help. The last one was sent via this thread just in case the pm didn't go through so he'd know it was attempted. kevinpate 08-23-2014, 10:50 AM Hey, could you guys please handle this stuff via PM? Thanks in advance. That's one of the flaws with typing in a thread. It can be so difficult to tell if someone is tugging on the right leg or the left one. :) Urbanized 08-23-2014, 10:53 AM Unfortunately, PM wasn't working - that was the point of the posts and no other way to contact Pete/help. Paseofreak 08-23-2014, 11:01 AM It was a touch silly, but I found great humor in it! RadicalModerate 08-23-2014, 11:06 AM Yep. I was kidding. I knew you were kidding. Even without the inclusion of a smiley or one of those winky things. I'm not sure if the quip was ironic or paradoxical, yet in either case it was clever and timely. PennyQuilts 08-23-2014, 11:29 AM Yep. I was kidding. Crossed my mind that you were. It is just that you're not always such a goof! I like it. :) Urbanized 08-23-2014, 01:13 PM I have a dry sense of humor. PennyQuilts 08-23-2014, 03:26 PM I have a dry sense of humor. It's a good one. RadicalModerate 08-23-2014, 04:11 PM I have a dry sense of humor. So . . . Is that some sort of obscure joke in the midst of a drought year? 'r whut? ?amigo?????? =) (people are so sensitive they often seem to forget the eighth sense--or grade--regarding how to read between the lines. not to mention speiling and punktuashun) RadicalModerate 08-23-2014, 04:17 PM Crossed my mind that you were. It is just that you're not always such a goof! I like it. :) Quilting and Law Should Never Be Mixed. One is Artistic. The Other Not So Much. It Confuses the Masses of Too Many Too Lazy to Think About "It". Well . . . Don't it? =) Kinda one of those "never the Twain shall meet" deals. =) (sorry . . . just spent part of another wonderful day, with the best ever "Wife" ever (from Minnesota)--who is also my best friend ever (who also happens to love the art of Quilting and Fabric Management) going to the OSU Farmer's Market--via a leisurely drive, not on the interstates rather through scenic historical areas of the city, bought some fresh stuff for cooking then visited an "Invitation Only" Event at some Food Stand up around Northpark Mall followed by a quick visit to the closest Homeland for a couple of ingredients to recycle some Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon left over from an Office "Party" BBQ, just yesterday into the best version of Salmon and Shrimp Pasta Salad ever. all that and A Prairie Home Companion (repeats/summer vacation) in 30 min. =) Put that on your loom and quilt it . . . =) ljbab728 08-24-2014, 02:15 AM Yep. I was kidding. Obviously you should be permanently banned for abuse. ;) |
