Any idea what is being built at the end of the cul de sac on Barbour Avenue?

It's off Quail Springs Parkway, across from the AAA Headquarters and near Jordan Advertising.

The beginning shape looks like a restaurant but that seems like it would be a strange location.

It's a 2-story, $3.5 million office building called 3200 Parkway Center.

Do we know the owner/tenant yet? That entire office complex over there should be pretty full after this building. Maybe one more area to develop?

I'll have to swing by and take a pic some day. What is constructed so far doesn't look like your normal corporate office. It's not that big.

There are still lots down the side of Barbour Ave where someone could build if that land hasn't already been sold yet.

If you can provide a pic it will help me verify exactly what is happening there; i.e. make sure I am looking at the right building permit(s).
