I heard this on another group and was wanting to know if someone had more info on it. I was wanting specifics on the new location of the Braums to be built around 70th and Western. Does anyone have specifics as to where the exact location will be for the new Braums?

Braums on 59th is closing in January. Littlel Caesars is building next door. New Braums is being built on about 70th and Western.

Thanks for the map Pete, I was wondering if it would be built where the old Ninos was, but by looking at your map if that is the correct location it looks to be on the west side of Western and just to the north of the shopping center that goes all the way to I-240. Are you able to find any building permits for the new Braums?

Yes, building permit for $750,000 for the empty lot north of Westernview Shopping Center.

The new Braum's is already well under construction. Sign is up, surface/foundation work well under way.
