Fourteen years ago, volunteers gave their time and energy to start the Greater Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in a small office at SW 55th Street and Western Avenue. Since then, the organization has grown to include a staff of five employees, and now it wants to purchase its own building.
