Just curious as to what was being built across from the Crest Foods store at SW 104 & May? I have heard rumors that it was apartments. Then I heard something about a neighborhood Walmart Grocery Store or Sprouts. Any information would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It is apartments, the rumor of a Sprouts store is for SW 104th and Penn, east of the Shaeffer house.
