Pete, on the North side of the building, there is a second floor set of double doors with no balcony or other means to access those doors, you know what that's about?

Agree. It is very nice. Wish more developers would consider doing projects like this that fit well with their built environments. Standouts are this building, the Hunsucker Building, and the Holiday Inn on Main St. in Bricktown. Great work on all of those projects.

This building is , for lack of a better word, whimsical in a way that few buildings are. I love it.

This building was just sold to an LLC that tracks back to an oilfield equipment company currently located in Edmond.

Selling price was $3.7 million.

Well crap, does that mean it will just be an office building instead of having ground level retail?

I don't think there was ever any plan to have anything other than office space.

Oh, for some reason I thought there was going to be ground level publicly accessible stuff....

The 3rd level of this building is called Walker Terrace, an event / meeting space.

Mass Mutual has taken most of the office space as well.
