So, we are probably just starting to see the tip of the iceberg. metro 06-03-2014, 07:01 PM The dozen or so I know about in process of opening, were in process of opening before Bleu Garten was announced, so I'm confident we'll see dozens more (hopefully will be able to launch one myself) in the coming year. What I'd really like to see is a newspaper stand and hotdog/pretzel stand in the heart of the CBD 5 days a week, say Park & Robinson on NW Corner (SW corner of Leadership Square). That would be legit. I started with the Chester which is a classic pretzel with salt. I added a bowl of beer cheese soup and it was amazing. Best pretzel I have had in years. For dessert I had the Kirby with caramel dipping sauce. This is a cheesecake pretzel and was also amazing. They made the caramel sauce themselves. This is a great concept and the lines have been very long. The people who run this truck are very kind and willing to help you with your pretzel decision. 8689 |
