Anyone know what they're building next to Warren Cat, at the corner of Meridian and Reno? It was a vacant lot but they've started building something there in the past couple weeks. My guess is a possible expansion to Warren Cat.

It's a $3.75 million, 75,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center for Ostler International, which owns CertiFit Auto Parts:

So much going on in terms of development and employment, this was completely off the radar.

That's a big facility that will employ a lot of people.

They have a smaller operation around 36th & S. MacArthur but I'm sure this will be a replacement.

Wonder why they aren't getting QJA payouts.

The salaries probably aren't high enough.

There have been scores of these deals out in western OKC for the last couple of years, I just don't track them in detail because they are ubiquitous and not very sexy.

But there are boatloads of new and expanded distribution centers and oil field services companies out that way.

And of course, Hobby Lobby is an absolute monster. Just filed a building permit for their largest facility to date and they are now the largest private employer in OKC. May have passed American Airlines in Tulsa for tops in the state as well (need to check the numbers).

Frank's International is also building a big facility (bid out around the same time this did).

I believe this one was on the north side, but I can't remember exactly.
