Does anybody go boating out at Liberty Lake? What is the boat ramp conditions like out there? Does the ramp drop off pretty quick in the water?

I have a 2wd full-size truck (V8), which can handle the nice long and concrete ramps around the bigger lakes, but I'm not sure about that one. I don't really want to drive all the way out there to be S.O.L.

We used to go about 5 years ago. The ramp we used was on the East side near the dam, it was small but okay. The other on down is concrete and a little better. You shouldn't have any problems, we used a 2 wheel drive pickup at the time. But we had jet skis so it was easy.

Haha, did you launch at the dirt ramp immediately east of the dam? I'm not even going to dare and try that, even with a kayak :)

In any case, I noticed the concrete ramp seems to stop not too far in the water there from google maps. Just curious if that concrete extends further out in the water?

When did They Change The Rule about/concerning boats/watercraft on Liberty Lake?
("Guthrie Lake" was great . . . "Liberty Lake" was more . . . scenic?
(sans boats and the pollution they bring to the whatever =)

Perhaps a kayak, canoe, or inflatable raft might be an alternative to a better boat ramp, within the limited context of the environment?

Waders?

Tube fishers?

Two Mile Hike Required prior to Access? =)

Meme? Easy Convenience Ruins The Entire Deal?

I'm sorry but the last post was incredibly unhelpful. Why even post as it doesn't address the specific question I asked?

I apologize. I would delete the post if it were possible to do so.
It's simply that I hadn't thought of Liberty Lake in years and a stream of consciousness took over.
Please forgive me.

RM, he's probably not used to your random rhymes which can be a breath of fresh air at times.

It's no big deal. Sorry for being so confrontational. It seems that there are some on here that tend to push agendas, and I was just trying to keep the thread on track. I couldn't tell if you were pushing an agenda or not.

I never push an agenda. (I might try to pull them sometimes . . . =)
Thank you for your understanding and forgiveness. I intended no harm. Really.
