Looks like the owner who purchased this old gas station on 12/10/2013 is pushing for demolition.

This property is just one block west of the proposed park and just south of the new Boulevard. The total acreage is only 0.33 acres according to the county assessor.

The old gas station at 4th and Walker was demolished and property cleared about a week ago.

Well C2S will need an Oncue and South Walker sure is getting hot.

Anyways, back to the topic at hand: the person who purchased it is the owner of Sierra Engineering which is located at SW 29th and Meridian. Maybe purchase for a future office in C2S?
