I read this forum from time to time. Not as near as extensive as OKCTalk but then again it is covering far more real estate.

I myself relocated down here 2 months ago. What brings you down here?

10 months down here for me and so far so good.

My opinion of this area so far is a bit mixed.

Of course I grew up in the DFW area as a teen and when it was time to leave for college I HATED this place so I guess we are making progress LOL.

Personally just a bit too big and too bland/cookie cutter for my liking. I left behind some great friends and relationships in OKC that I can only hope I maintain. At the same time I have met some really great people here so far and this has been a great move career wise. It took me some time to warm up to OKC so I probably should give this place some time as well.

Oh I'm sure I'll be back at some point...Oklahoma's always going to be home.
