This is interesting... not sure if this is a good technique or not, but certainly the first I've heard of it.

So basically, the city is going to be repaving all of the roads in the Sky Ranch and Western Flags neighborhoods, if I'm reading the list correctly. They honestly don't look all that bad in Google Street View, but I don't live in that neighborhood so I couldn't say for certain.

I like hearing that the city is moving forward with more sidewalks though!
