Coaches or Nonna's if you want pure rooftop

Coach's is closed. Café do Brazil has one. The Ambassador has a bar with limited food, but they claim it's the best rooftop view in town. The Museum of Art has a weekly dinner special with a band on the rooftop (seasonal). Vast on the 49th floor of Devon has the best view in several states. Rawhide has a nice rooftop, not sure about availability or food.

Cafe do Brazil have a good view? This is an anniversary type date. Food good there? We've done vast. It's nice.

Packard's also has a rooftop, but not sure of food availability up there.

Really though, if you're wanting a view, you can't beat Vast (although you can definitely beat the food value)

It's Brazilian food. Some people love it, I can eat it, but we've been up there and had appetizers which are very good and drinks. If you are the designated driver, soft drinks are free. Yep, the view is pretty good, and they have the electric heaters if its cool.

Is it the buffet type of Brazilian like Fogo De Choa?

You can also order food at the new rooftop patio at Aloft.

Probably just appetizers, though.

Its a small rooftop patio but has views of midtown and the downtown skyline.

Not like Fogo De Chao but they do have some good steak dinners. The steak picahna (sp?) is great. Your best bet is maybe dinner somewhere and then a patio drink afterwards at Ambassador or Packards.
