My wife is looking for a park to hold a grade school reunion this summer (Saturday in June). She would like to find a park that has a no cost or low cost reserveable pavilion that can accommodate around 50 people. There will likely be some alcohol consumption. Cooking facilities are not a requirement. On site bathrooms are a must too. What do you know about and any contact info would help.

There is a really nice pavilion and generally shady spot near the rear of Dolese Park on NW 50th, just west of Meridian. I've rented it a couple of times for class reunions.

Also, there are some nice ones at Will Rogers Park which I've also rented.

Think both were around $50 for a few hours.

You can see all the facilities and fees here:

My wife's family reserved the Bob Hope pavillion at the Stars and Stripes area on Lake Hefner. You might take a look, I'm not sure if it would be sufficient for 50 people. It has tables and cooking facilities (grills).

Thanks for the help. My wife and her friends decided to reserve one at Lake Thunderbird for $75 for the whole day. That wouldn't have been my first choice because it is so far, but it's not my rodeo.
