Hey...what on earth is going on with all the earth-moving/grading on the west side of I-44 south of SW 29th? It looks like some streets are being cut in, but the work is still early so I wasn't sure if perhaps it was just some extensive rework for drainage or something. Figured surely someone here knows :)
